01
Privacy.
Elvanta builds apps that work without an account. SwipeClean has no login, no cloud sync, and no server-side anything related to your photos. When you sort photos with SwipeClean, the work happens on your iPhone and stays there.
If you write to us — through this site, by email, or through the App Store — we receive whatever you sent us, and only that. We don't enrich it with anything from third-party data brokers, and we don't share it.
The short version: if you've never emailed us, we have no record of you. That's intentional, and we'd like to keep it that way.
02
Data we collect.
To be precise about what does and doesn't reach us:
- Inside SwipeClean: nothing about your photos, your library, or your usage leaves your device. There is no analytics SDK in the binary.
- App Store metrics: Apple gives us aggregate, anonymized download counts and crash reports. We can't tie those to a person.
- Email correspondence: if you email us, we keep the thread for 24 months in our help inbox so we can pick the conversation back up if you reach out again.
- Website visits: our site uses a single first-party request log (page, country, referrer) for one day, then it's purged. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party scripts.
03
Your rights.
Wherever you live, these apply:
- Access. Ask us what we have on you. We'll send the actual file, not a summary.
- Deletion. Ask us to erase it. We'll do it the same business day and confirm in writing.
- Correction. If something we have is wrong, tell us and we'll fix it.
- Portability. If you want your correspondence as a downloadable file, we'll export it as JSON or plain text.
- Objection. You can tell us to stop processing your data for any reason. We don't process much, but if we are, we'll stop.
Email rights@elvanta.app. There's no form, no portal, no "verification step" designed to wear you down. You ask, we do it.
04
Terms of use.
Using Elvanta apps is governed by a few common-sense rules:
- Use the apps for their intended purpose. Don't try to break them or use them to break someone else's stuff.
- Don't redistribute or repackage our software. Send people to the App Store instead.
- The apps are provided "as-is." We test thoroughly, but software has bugs — when you find one, tell us.
- If you live in the EU, EEA, UK, or California, your statutory rights as a consumer apply over anything in this document.
05
Intellectual property.
The Elvanta name, the SwipeClean name, the broom logo, and the visual design of our apps and this website are ours. The contents of your camera roll are yours — entirely, always.
Press kits, logos, and brand assets for editorial use are at press@elvanta.app. We're happy to grant permission for journalism, reviews, and bona-fide editorial coverage.
06
Changes to this policy.
If we change anything material, we'll post the new version here at least 30 days before it takes effect, and we'll keep the old version archived alongside it. We won't change this policy retroactively.
If you're an active user and the change reduces your rights, we'll send a one-time notification through the App Store privacy update mechanism. If you're not happy with the change, deletion is one email away.
07
How to contact us.
For anything in this document — exercising a right, reporting a concern, asking a question — write to rights@elvanta.app. A real person reads every message. We'll respond within one business day.
